Microneedling & Skin Rejuvenation
What is automated Micro-Needling?
Automated Micro-Needling is a cosmetic procedure during which a sterilized, disposable cartridge of fine, shallow needles is applied to the skin, in order to create controlled micro-injuries to the skin. This supports production of collagen and elastin, thicker epidermis with improved texture and tone, to soften the appearance of wrinkles. It also allows topical gels, creams and serums to be absorbed more effectively, enhancing their effects into deeper layers of the dermis.
This procedure is also known as collagen induction therapy or Epidermal Collagen Induction Therapy (ECIT).
